How does Questlane connect to my existing database?

Questlane treats your existing data source as the system of record. You connect a Postgres database, MongoDB collection, or REST API endpoint, then map fields such as contact name, email, company, deal stage, deal value, and owner. Questlane uses that mapping to project your records into a live pipeline board without asking your team to export CSV files or re-enter records.

The important distinction is that Questlane does not start by replacing your database. It starts by reading the sources your team already runs. That means operations teams can keep their existing data model while sales gets a workspace built for pipeline work: shared inbox, tasks, stages, win probability, and workflow automation.

Credentials are sealed and stored on EU infrastructure. After the first sync, new and changed records keep flowing into Questlane on the schedule you choose, so the pipeline stays useful without recurring manual import work.
