Is Questlane GDPR compliant?

Questlane is built for EU teams that need a CRM without moving customer data through unnecessary third-party middleware. Customer data is stored on infrastructure hosted in Germany, and data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

When you connect a data source, Questlane seals credentials before storing them. The product is designed around least-necessary access: the sync engine reads the fields you map and turns them into contacts, companies, deals, inbox threads, tasks, and workflow events.

GDPR compliance also depends on how each customer configures data, permissions, and retention. Questlane provides the platform controls and export path; your team remains responsible for the lawful basis and internal processes around the data you choose to connect.
