These Terms of Service govern your use of Questlane and our services. By using Questlane, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Questlane to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others
- Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code
- Interfere with service availability or security
- Engage in unauthorized access to user accounts or data
User Content and Ownership
You retain all rights to content you create and input into Questlane. By using our service, you grant us a license to process, store, and use your content solely to provide and improve the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Intellectual Property
Questlane, including its platform, features, and tools, are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the service itself. Your data and templates remain your property and may be exported or deleted at any time.
Disclaimers
Questlane is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so this may not apply to you.
Service Changes and Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Questlane with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any loss, data corruption, or business interruption resulting from service changes or outages.
Payment Terms & Billing
Questlane operates on a per-workspace SaaS subscription model. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
- Billing is per workspace and renews automatically unless cancelled
- You can downgrade, upgrade, or cancel at any time
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice
- Stripe processes all payment transactions securely
Account Termination & Data
You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or our acceptable-use policy. Upon termination, you retain the right to export your data. Your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it. You own all data in your workspace and may request a full export at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Berlin for any disputes.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Questlane after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via email.
