How it works

  1. Define your stages

    Create the stages that match your sales process: New lead, Qualified, Proposal, Won. You choose the names, the order, and what each stage means.

  2. Move deals on the board

    Drag a deal across stages as the sale progresses. The board is your team's real-time pipeline so everyone knows what's in play and when.

  3. Set win probability

    Assign a win % to each stage (e.g., Proposal = 60% chance to close). Questlane computes your weighted forecast so you know what's realistic.
